Here in our London office we are looking to recruit an Equities Derivatives Lawyer to join our Equities Legal team with particular focus on the Bank’s Equities Synthetics and Securities Lending (“ESSL”) line of business (covering equity swaps/ delta one derivative products). These are key development areas for Equities and the legal team have a close working relationship with them, advising on transaction execution, product development, platform change and regulatory and legislative change.
