Job Description:

Position Summary

Systems Integrator will work closely with the systems architect/SME to write/refine technical stories that describes the underpinnings of a particular computer platform such as the security framework.  The position also requires interfacing frequently with the Product Owner / Product Manager to understand their vision and desired functionality and assist them with breaking down said functionality into features and stories in a straightforward and easily understandable language.  May also need to work directly with an existing platform to describe system behaviors in the form of features and user stories.  Ultimately, the Systems Integrator will become the subject matter expert of the business system

Required Skills

  • Experienced at creating a product backlog of features that needs to be built
  • Ability to effectively write & refine technical user stories based on product features  
  • Adept at conducting research to understand system functionality and translate into user requirements
  • Act as an end-to-end project manager that creates detailed project plans and delivers against them
  • Experienced working in a SAFe Agile environment
  • Contributes to test planning and participates in test case reviews and makes necessary updates
  • Provide support for production, to include problem analysis and resolution assistance
  • Understand stakeholder’s expectations and objectives
  • Drive resolution of any post install defects with production support, LOB and project team
  • Mitigates roadblocks for technical team, including appropriate escalation, as needed
  • Work with technical teams to mine for data to support test scripts
  • Clear understanding of application criticality to the LOB
  • Reports issues and bugs along with appropriate background information for review. 
  • Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality
  • Understand and utilize basic architecture components in solution development
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Technically competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project and Visio.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner

Desired Skills

  • University degree or college diploma in the field of Business or Technology
  • 5-7 years direct work experience in a Business Analyst capacity
  • Credit Card or Retail Banking domain experience preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of Jira
  • Knowledge of internet/development technologies
  • Self-motivated and quick-learner who can take the full ownership of assignments/projects
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
