Responsibilities

  • Contact corporates for meeting coordination, mostly reconfirming meetings arranged through emails and calls.

  • Support the Korea conference due August 28-30th. The role will include: double confirmation with corporates, registrations support, on site support at the conference

  • Office support for administrative duties supporting research department.

  • Restaurant reservations, meeting venue reservations.

  • Make excel/word files for corporate timetables and investor schedules

  • Manage rent-a-car vendors during client bespoke trips

Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Preferably in a multi-national bank or large financial institution
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Interested in economic policies, markets and able to handle heavy client requests
  • Strong command of English and Korean
