We are proud to be a leader in supporting diversity and have been widely recognized for workplace practices and initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion, encouraging our employees to bring their whole selves to work.
Through diversity and inclusion learning, we educate each other and learn from our common values. We include a Cultural Competency Series, developed by our Asian Leadership Network, to discuss the potential impact of cultural values on communication and personal and professional growth.
From sponsorships to the perspectives we bring through our products and services, our commitment to diversity and inclusion advances our business and contributes to meaningful social impact. Philanthropic giving through the Bank of America Charitable Foundation provides benefits and assistance to the Asian American Pacific Islander population through grants to nearly 40 non-profit organizations across the U.S.
In the U.S., May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Throughout the month, we recognize our Asian teammates by sharing personal and professional experiences, highlighting events and spotlighting the work of our Asian Leadership Network.
