We are seeking to fill both English and Bilingual Spanish Client Service Representative roles for our Brea, CA location.  As part of the Bank of America team, Client Service Representatives serve as the customers advocate.  When a customer has an issue with an ATM, debit card or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction, we help them by investigating and finding a resolution to their needs.  Qualified candidates would have 1+ years of experience working with customers and handling difficult situations with customers.  Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) for the Bilingual role.
