Job Description:
Experienced high performing sales professional responsible for handling all aspects of client relationships and internal bank communications for Energy Services opportunities within a sales territory. The desired candidate has expertise in originating, structuring, pricing and executing large, complex energy equipment finance transactions, including tax-exempt lease/purchase agreements and energy services agreements. Candidate is capable of working independently and leading an integrated deal team effort.

- 10+ years of project finance and/or structured finance type background strongly preferred.
- Effective C-Level selling and relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax-exempt, equipment lease/purchase finance including state statutes and documentation, and energy services agreement transaction structuring.
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules, municipal tax-exempt compliance, tax law, capital markets, legal/documentation standards and basic credit analysis.
- Ability to simultaneously manage complex originations responsibilities and deal team efforts on multiple transactions.
- Working knowledge of Energy Services industry, including standard and custom deal structures, technical applications, equipment specifications and regulatory or legislative requirements.
- Existing or previous relationships with Energy Service companies (ESCos) or other ES vendors.

- Strong Communication Skills.
- Extensive travel – 50%.
- Location – Los Angeles or San Francisco.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience, MBA preferred
