Job Description:
The Technology Operations Specialist II will lead and/or participate in the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions involving cross-functional technical experts to meet specific deployment requirements aligned with available playbooks and technical blueprints. This individual is viewed as a multi-domain technology subject matter expert (SME); able to provide and communicate technology solutions across different audiences including technical, managerial, business executives, and/or vendors. This role oversees projects and direct activities related to special initiatives or operations. This individual will lead the resolution process for problems where in-depth analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of various factors. In addition, this individual will exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Primary Engagement Method:
Engaged and responsible for new projects, lights on system upgrades, ongoing BAU and advanced support for incidents and problems.

CTI partners and service providers within TI to create a complete system design based on the requirements presented
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor other Technology Operations Specialist II and Technology Operations Specialists and provide technical leadership within their team.
- Capture and translate business requirements into complex infrastructure and/or system design for specific implementations.
- Collaborate with technology stakeholders, Solution Delivery Management (SDM), Technology Project Managers (TPMs), solutions engineers and technical service providers for system design and deployment.
- Provide consulting services to technology stakeholders, Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and technical partners.
- Execute procedures reliably and escalates appropriately to solve incidents quickly.
- Support change implementations and proactively identify potential issues resulting from the changes.
- Perform access and/or physical provisioning / de- provisioning (additions, modifications and deletions) for infrastructure and applications.
- Resolve complex technical and/or business issues.
- Fulfill requests from business users and operations.
- Communicate technical status updates with appropriate teams.
- Provide release support when needed and manage work engagement.
- Manage stability, resiliency, reliability and the performance of multiple supported systems.
- Provide full lifecycle management of the infrastructure and application environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully partner with teammates in other Global Information Security departments and general BofA LOB’s to drive adoption of new authentication requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented team member
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment under minimum supervision
- Ability to keep track of the set of enhancements and roadmap in a fast-paced manner
- Proven experience delivering in a technical writing position
- Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to take highly technical concepts/environments and translate to non-technical audience using text, diagrams and flowcharts
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices
