Role Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join an international team of Client Advocates supporting the Bank’s relationships with some of GPS’s largest and most complex Corporate and Financial Institutional Clients.
The Client Advocate team is responsible for delivering the voice of the client into our organisation for operational matters, focusing on operational excellence, driving a global view of operating performance and maximizing opportunities for digitization and global consistency.

Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis & Reporting
o Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify client trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
o Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Automation & Process Optimization
o Design and implement automated solutions to reduce manual effort in reporting and analytics.
o Leverage coding and advanced tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Tool Adoption & Enablement
o Support our clients with the adoption of self-service tools.
o Provide actionable insights to enhance client experience and operational performance.
• Collaboration & Communication
o Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver accurate, timely reporting.
o Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we are looking for:
• Technical Expertise
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access (database design, queries, automation).
o Advanced proficiency in Shared Point (design, integration with Excel)
o Excellent coding skills (VBA, SQL).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving
o Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Soft Skills
o Highly self-motivated
o Comfortable working under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
o Ability to drive to resolution at speed with consensus.
o Multitasking and organizational skills.
o Exposure to client-facing environments and stakeholder management.
o Previous experience in reporting, analytics, or data-driven roles.
o Familiarity with operational excellence (OPEX) principles and self-service tool adoption is a plus.
Skills that will help:
• Treasury experience.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
