Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.

This role serves as a key partner in driving operational excellence and supporting business initiatives. The Senior Operations Analyst will lead the implementation of new products, services, and operational solutions while managing the design, documentation, and monitoring of processes. Acting as a consultant on procedural and technical changes, this role ensures smooth adoption of enhancements and fosters collaboration across teams. In addition to analyzing data to identify trends and issues, the analyst will provide onboarding and training for new hires, guide less experienced team members, and handle escalations to maintain business continuity. With a focus on risk management and continuous improvement, this position plays a critical role in advancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality support to the organization.
Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 8 am -5 pm
Responsibilities:
- Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
- Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
- Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes
- Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
- Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
- Inspects data to identify issues and trends
- Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
- Provide on-boarding and job training to new hires to ensure smooth integration and role readiness
- Handle escalation requests and system issues; report, open and track tickets, and partner with teams to ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identify process risks and escalate appropriately to mitigate potential operational impacts
Required Qualifications:
- Cash Exception Platform reconciliation experience (Deposits)
- Recon Plus Frontier reconciliation experience (Dispense)
- Proven meeting facilitation at all levels
- Microsoft Suite Product Knowledge/Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in both.
- 3+ years ATM Operations experience
- Accounting / Operations experience
- Previous experience with general ledger
- Thorough understanding of debits and credits
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, proficient with numbers and effective organizational skills
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions, be a continuous learner
- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine best practice to understand future business needs
- The ability to coach and train on all levels
