Job Description:

Bank of America is actively seeking a Senior Lab Administrator to support the Red Team. This role is to design, deploy, and maintain a complex lab environment of various technologies to enable threat simulations, security research, and other evaluation activities that play a direct role in enhancing the overall security posture of the organization. Candidate should be able to facilitate solution-driven discussions, lead the design of complex architectural components, and find creative solutions using knowledge of the domain and operational constraints. 

Required Qualifications

  • Must have 7+ years of IT experience relevant to cyber ranges or research lab environments.
  • Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various networking, operating systems, and common enterprise services.
  • Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various virtualization and containerization solutions.
  • Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various security controls and products.
  • Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various automation solutions and related technologies.
  • Must be available to perform off-hours maintenance and support emergency remediation efforts.
  • Must have knowledge of the common tools associated with red teaming.
  • Ability to work with both programing and scripting languages.
  • Must be able to work both independently as well as effectively in teams.
  • Must have excellent communication and documentation skills to be able to intake requests, develop remediation plans, and standardize run books/diagrams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Operating System, Networking, and Virtualization certifications is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a cyber range environment is a plus.

$160,000.00 - $205,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
