Process Overview:
The CSWT team leads the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Manages the Bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies.
The CSWT team is responsible for all Retail, Preferred and Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) business aligned infrastructure and end-to-end production services. This includes direct responsibility for production support, problem and incident management, operational change, as well as service and program delivery. Also supporting vertical functions (Release, Deployment & Environment Management, Application Integration & Engineering, Application Integration & Engineering, Performance & Capacity Management, and Operational Excellence) to deepen concentration stability and innovation.
Job Description
Provide Solutions Engineering as a subject matter expertise for the client's Application Delivery Network (ADN). Specific focus for this engineering position is Application Data Controller (ADC) for the delivery of application load balancing solutions including F5 LTM, F5 GTM and Authoritative DNS serviced. He/she will work with stakeholders on a daily basis to provide design and build activities, manage and resolve incidents.
Responsibilities
Provide L3 support to F5 LTM/GTMs/EMS, DNS and Application Integration Controller (AIC). Provide Solutions Engineering as a subject matter expertise for the client's Application Delivery Network (ADN) End to end support on AIC tool. L3 support for prod and non-prod WLM environment. End to end support on config migration to keep prod and LLEs configuration consistent. Architecture and High Level design guidance for all ecommerce/CBT projects.
