Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview
The Risk Function Technology (RFT) organization is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank’s enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O’s business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes.
Climate Risk is the risk that climate change exposes the Bank to adverse impacts on its reputation, profitability or operations.
Given the organization wide implication of Climate Risk, the CERDP team is building a Data Warehouse using Informatica and Oracle that will potentially cater as Climate Risk ADS.
Job Description:
A Senior person with strong Delivery background, Communication, experience in influencing global stakeholders, ability to spot opportunities and a “Go Getter” attitude with an ability to juggle multiple technologies, likes AXIOM, Oracle and ETL platform like Informatica, Alteryx and Tableau. Multi-Bank experience in implementation of COREP, FINREP FINSTAT, Statistical Reports for DE (coordinates approach and via FINSTAT model), Liquidity, AnaCredit (using Axiom V9 and V10) regulatory reports using AxiomSL solutions.
The primary responsibility will be to manage the team, ensuring that they are developing through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. Other key responsibilities include creating the technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with enterprise data management standards, global records management standards, and data quality and control practices for authorized data sources. They advocate and advance modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelize great design, engineering and organizational practices. In this role the Technology Manager, will be a manager of teams or competency manager for engineers.
This portfolio also has a variety of tech stack Java, Angular JS, .Net, Informatica, Oracle, Vendor tools like Axiom; expertise in capital markets domain is an added advantage. This needs a tech and domain savvy dynamic leader who can connect with global stake holders to set the vision for the portfolio, provide strategic leadership to India team, and beyond to add value.
