Job Description:

Associate reviews the targeted tests submitted through Retirement & Benefits Contact Center agents to ensure accuracy of order entered and to prevent fraud. This will include reviewing 18 targeted tests – 401k, Equities, Outbound calls, Complaints Brokerage, ACH/Wire 401k, ACH/Wire Equity, Tender Offer, FCRA, Fraud Escalation, Internal Fraud Monitoring (401k Wires), Lost/Stolen Debit Card Processing, ADA, DCN, Account Maintenance, Stop Payment, Nonverbal Complaints.

The process includes listening to the call recording and reviewing the transaction entered.

Responsibilities*

They will utilize quality forms to make assessments.  The associate is required to document results onto GWA and SharePoint site- Excel sheet.

The associate needs reviewing of targeted tests submitted through Onshore RBCC agents to ensure accuracy of order entered and its effective recording. The process includes listening to the call recordings and reviewing the transactions entered to identify and highlight all the erroneous high dollar value transactions to avoid the associated risks.

Candidates must have excellent organization skills as well as good problem-solving skills (if required verify process in Standard Operating Procedure documents.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (any stream)

Experience Range: 2 to 5 years

Foundational skills/ Desired skills*

  • Reporting and Metrics,
  • Experience in Financial/ Banking Industry.
  • Knowledge of Investment Products.
  • Ability to report results and be highly vigilant.
  • Quick learner and ability to integrate with the business partner/client's business, systems and operations.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, EXCEL, and Communicator)
