Treasury Product Sales Executive

Lead product sales expert supporting Global Transaction Services in client engagements, account management, closing complex and high dollar deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with strategic clients across all major lines of business (i.e. GCBK, GCB, PSB). Has detailed expertise on all designated product line or detailed knowledge of industry needs and practices and GTS product sets available to meet those needs. Leads consultative discussions at multiple levels of the organization and may act as a Bank representative presenting at key industry events. Participates as the product sales or industry expert in client call planning and client calls as well as strategic client reviews, identifying opportunities and influencing solutions. Also is a key participant in Senior Deal Teams. Brings market feedback and Voice of the Client perspective to bear in product enhancement and development efforts. Drive collaboration between product, sales and client relationship teams to position leading solutions that address the challenges clients face and grow market share through client calling and deal support. May act as an individual contributor or may lead a team.

• The Treasury Product Sales Manager (PSSM) is responsible for leading a sales team tasked with managing and aggressively growing GTS Treasury and Payments revenue streams across a portfolio of GCB, Public Sector and Healthcare clients. The PSSM partners closely with key business partners across GBAM and GTS to drive pipeline, sales and on boarding across the BofA platforms to drive card and comprehensive payables across our client base.

• Develops strong business plans, inspection routines and strategies for portfolio growth and revenue retention with direct reports, product partners and business partners.

• Develop, coach, retain and recruit top sales talent.

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence other key leaders on key strategic needs, initiatives, changes, tactical plans, and work-streams.

• Accountable for team revenue growth, closed pipeline, client calling, profitability, building and executing client plans and facilitation of client- facing special events.

• To be successful in the role, the Treasury Product Sales Manager must have a deep understanding of the Payments and Treasury industry, competitive landscape as well as the Bank’s operational aspects of the products and services.

• Possessing good interpersonal, financial, excellent communication and presentation skills is critical.

• 7+ years effective management of a financial services team.

 • Strategic market development skills, and excellent strategic sales skills.

 • Strong management acumen with the ability to effectively lead a diverse sales team to new performance levels.

• Ability to function effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor and leader.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer proficient (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows).

• BA/BS degree.

Desired Skills:

 • Prior management experience of a sales team.

 • Deep understanding of the payments space, Healthcare and Public Sector clients.
