Job Description:

AxiaMed is currently seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to support our mission of providing secure, reliable, and innovative payment solutions to our healthcare clients.  The Enterprise Implementation Specialist reports directly to our Manager of Implementation and Deployment and is primarily focused on working with our enterprise clients and partners to ensure successful onboarding to AxiaMed’s Payment Fusion solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients and with our enterprise partners’ implementation teams to drive successful client implementations.
  • Work closely with our internal enterprise sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
  • Track project schedules; schedule and track internal team tasks and new device orders accordingly.  
  • Lead implementation planning meetings as appropriate.
  • Manage client status and revenue opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Anticipate and respond to problems and scheduling challenges over project life cycle; proactively communicate both internally and externally to keep projects on track for timely and successful outcomes.
  • Ensure smooth transition to AxiaMed’s Technical Support team post go-live.
  • Partner with others on the Sales and Operations teams to refine, improve, and further document the AxiaMed client implementation process.

  • Escalate technical issues as necessary to our Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support senior leaders to ensure a world class support experience regardless of the complexity of the issue.
  • Master AxiaMed’s product capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert for our clients and partners.
  • Consistently provide excellent customer services to ensure that our clients feel valued.
  • Carry out projects as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an implementation or project management role.
  • Ability to handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously; strong workflow analysis, process integration and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills.
  • Passionate about quality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Candidate Preferences:

  • Prior experience working in a SaaS and/or healthcare IT environment.
  • Prior experience in the payments industry.
