
Job Description:
The Reporting, Data & Analytics Specialist II is accountable for reporting and analysis of test results or Data Sourcing for Automation. The role may collaborate across business and data teams to identify data required for testing. The role also may develop tactics to the identification of themes and trends at the front line unit, control function and enterprise level. May be a critical production role to timely perform planned work for BAU tests, Conversions tests, and ETU Onboarding. This role is an individual contributor in the Test Reporting function.
The Reporting, Data & Analytics Specialist II may be responsible to:
• Consult on aggregation of test results data and report results to various business and risk partners
• Advise and develop dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Produce and analyze tests scripts, results and other information to help identify new risks or themes that require additional review
• Perform advanced data extraction from various source databases, normalization of data and automation of processes
• Identify and understand test results and respond to queries about data or reported information
• Advise and write substantial documentation such as desktop procedures
• Provide Data Quality and automation efforts
• Build and review test scripts and/or SQL code to identify data required to automate test sampling and execution
• Identify data sources and establish connections for test automation.
• Collaborate with EIT teams, Test Owners and FLU Data contacts to understand data needs and connection complexity
• Consult with DQCEs, Application and Technology teams to identify the best source of data and establish systemic connections to enable test automation and perform UAT to confirm accuracy of connections.
Required and Desired Candidate Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years work experience (in reporting, report development, and/or analysis functions) required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• SQL/SSIS coding experience required
• MS Excel automation experience
• Microsoft PowerPoint experience
• Tableau report design and development preferred
• Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and influential way
• Independent problem solving
• Critical thinking
• Data quality mindset
• Collaboration and ability to work in a team environment
• Takes initiative and manages time well
• Programming knowledge (VBA, Python, Java)
• Experience in compliance, EIT, or consumer knowledge
