CashPro Connect Operations (CPC) has expanded globally leveraging individual growth opportunities allowing you to apply technical knowledge to council and gather detailed client requirements necessary to support CPC implementations, modifications, or conversion of business systems. You may be called upon to act as a liaison and CPC technical point of contact between client and internal/external business partners including Sales, Fulfilment, Development, Vendors, and Product Management for both CPC Payment Originations and CPC Information Reporting.   Responsible for executing data transmission requirements, provide level two testing support, and ensuring client requirements/deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

As a Business Technical Analyst your responsibilities will involve:

• Educate and counsel internal business partners and corporate clients regarding payment originations and reporting, CPC message standards, data communications, and security issues with a strong focus on applicable payment channels and required file specifications.
• Participate in technical meetings as requested, gather necessary requirements to meet client objectives

• Perform application setups, submit request for transmission channel, ensure end to end testing is conducted, obtain required client signoffs, stage move to production, and ensure initial live files are processed successfully.
• Ensure operational control points are met and included on system of record.

• Interact with various internal bank and external resources to complete implementations successfully including Sales, Fulfilment, Technical Team, Operations, Vendor, Data Transmission, and Product Management resources.
• Act as the CPC technical point of contact for client inquiries and guidance during the CPC implementation process.
• Managing multiple new and maintenance requests simultaneously.

Requirements

As a Business Technical Analyst your skills and qualifications must  include all of the following:

• Cash management background with knowledge of electronic payments and information reporting
• Previous experience (typically 5-7 years) as a project manager or business analyst in cash management implementation, operations, customer service, technical consulting, sales, or systems.
• Proven communication, technical, analytical, and customer relationship skills.

• Strong interpersonal and project management skills to achieve cooperation/coordination of multiple tasks performed by other business units w/in the bank.
• The ability to deal effectively with multiple deadline-driven, customer-sensitive projects and tasks.
• Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) translation software, EDI message standards, and/or electronic banking applications.
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 820 and Extensible Markup Language (XML).
• Familiarity with file processing and transmission protocols and flows.
• Banking and treasury management services focusing on payments technologies, electronic commerce, encryption and data communications
