Your background

  • You have excellent Mandarin and English and a strong verbal communicator, with Chinese reading and writing a plus.
  • You have extensive experience of writing scripts, database query and use flat file with excel to perform data analysis.
  • You are a self-starter, eager learner, take ownership and manage the book of work in terms of priorities and technology deliveries / deadlines.
  • You are comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • You are familiar with defining and capturing data requirements from business users and translate to the systems providing data and manage deliverables.
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytics skills.

What you can expect

The NFRR Data team govern and manage the data used for NFRR reports across the globe. We have a team of project managers, business analysis and developers who are able to leverage off each other’s expertise and technical skills. We would be able to offer a business analyst track focusing on data who would like to pursue career in the technology domain within the banking business.

What you will do

  • You would be working on regulatory reports for China where the user base is in China.
  • You would be interact directly with the business and operations teams to capture and define business and technology requirements related to system enhancements, regulatory updates and the introduction of new regulations.
  • You would be manage the book of work in terms of priorities and technology deliveries / deadlines.
  • You would define data requirements for the systems providing data and manage deliverables.
  • You would act as an intermediary between business, project office and technology teams.
  • You would contribute to analyze and source the data from banks Authorized Data Source systems defined globally
  • You would write script, database query and use flat file with excel to perform data analysis to match with regulatory requirement.
