Job Description:

Transformation, Initiatives & Process Office supports Enterprise Transaction Services at Bank of America by providing transformation, process design, and project management in order to improve customer experiences, lower costs, and to facilitate the development of business strategy. 

Job specific description:

Accountable for process assessment, development, improvement and optimization in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business.  Supports one or more business units and is accountable for achievement of breakthrough cost, quality, productivity or risk mitigation objectives.  Works closely with business executives and subject matter experts to ensure adequate collaboration and transparency across integrated teams and technology solutions.

Skills Required:

  •  Motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction

  •  Lead impact or opportunity assessments and build companion business cases

  • Mine, organize and analyze data

  • Develop Project Charter, SIPOC and RACI models, Process Maps, Control plans and related artifacts

  • Apply analytical and creative thinking skills to solve complex business problems

  • Ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured design-oriented solutions

  • Experience navigating within and across complex business environments

  • Expert interpersonal skills to build and maintain business partnerships

  • Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow-up skills and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed

  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities

  • Effective communication and listening skills:  verbal, non-verbal, written, facilitation and content delivery

  • Proven ability to think both strategically end-to-end and execute tactically

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote

  • Work Schedule:  8-5PM local time M-F

  • Limited Travel
