Your background

  • At least 5 years’ working experience in area of Client Services in the bank concentrating on delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for corporate/financial institutional client.
  • Excellent presentations, communication, time management, problem solving, interpersonal and team work skills.
  • A track record gained through operational experience within the payment, trade, or treasury environment.
  • Possessing a passion and urgency to serve our clients and operate as a client advocate.
  • Managing multiple request simultaneously that contain a variety of complexity and resolution periods.
  • Experience in working in Asia/Global environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good commend of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Written simplified Chinese is a-plus.
  • A good understanding of in-country banking system, account and liquidity structures and SWIFT.
  • Good application software skills such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent rapport with client contacts at all levels and with internal partners at all levels.
  • A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects.
  • Innovative and open minded, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  • Able to work under pressure and challenges.

We are currently seeking Client Service Advisor to join our team. You will help to service, advise, support and manage portfolio of Global Treasury Services corporate clients by providing professional, courteous and high quality customer service in all aspects of domestic, international and cash management services. This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Accountable for delivering Client Service excellence effectively managing any risks and issues.
  • Act as primary point for clients. Manage, log and investigate the day to day servicing enquiries, complaints of all assigned and escalate as appropriate.
  • Attend to client’s inquiries, requests and complaints, and perform root cause analysis of defects for resolution.
  • Liaise with local/regional operations at all levels for timely and accurate resolution of queries and cross-selling the Bank’s products and services to sales/referrals.
  • Provide sales support to ensure delivery of Quality & Proactive Services to clients.
    • Meet clients with Sales for business needs
    • Assist Sales to solicit additional business
    • Work with Sales on RFP in Pre-implementation stage
       
  • Provide value-added proactive servicing activities, aiming to strengthen client relationships.
  • Conduct period service review and scorecard review with clients, to analyze client activities and providing advice and suggestion for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance of all applicable laws, regulations, credit, FATCA, KYC, AML policies and exercise appropriate delegated authority.
  • Preform all duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager.
