Operations Team Lead, Global Technology And Operations

Job Description:

The Project Team is an integral part of the India Banking Operational vertical which oversees deployment of Transformational activities. The Project SME role is the focal point of contact for stakeholders that wish to establish or amend existing digital capabilities in line with client requirement / regulatory guidelines / process improvements. The Project SME will work closely with technology and business partners to ensure that solutions are implemented seamlessly and flawlessly, and delivered by the target date agreed with the project team.


Responsibilities: 

  • Identifying business/functional requirements business domain experience, basis proposal and conversation with stakeholders on your
  • Ensure business requirements are detailed in an accurate and timely manner. Have a vision of requirements to improve processes and capabilities.
  • Create functional and technical test cases required for implementing the project
  • Supervise user acceptance test with users
  • Assist in interacting with end users on clarifying requirements and issues in order to turn around within the expected service level agreement
  • Assist in providing solutions and options on issues/queries related to testing results raised by operations teams / end users
  • Work closely with business stakeholders on getting their acceptance to the testing results

Qualifications

  • Work experience on Banking particularly payments, remittance, cash management
  • Minimum 5-7 years of operational experience ; Payments expertise is preferred for this role
  • Experience in creating MIS reports to provide regular testing updates
