Production Services Lead - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

Role Summary:  The Production Services Lead is responsible for protecting all Mortgage applications from change failure through review and candid discussions with change implementers and impacted businesses.

Responsibilities: 

  • Protect all Mortgage applications from change failure through review and candid discussions with change implementers and impacted businesses.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Home Loan Origination application geographic footprint, infrastructure, and initiatives. Be well versed in the Enterprise Change policy and the rules for Change execution and Data Quality.

  • Be able to provide a standard set of key change data to Team Leadership at a reasonable frequency.

  • Understand the key support team structure (dev, prod support, testing). Assist and Advise on Remedy change submission for applications.

  • Evaluate all Urgent intra-day change sponsored by Change Partners for risk and need.

  • Track daily “multi user” Incident data in the SharePoint site.  Gather impact Data and be able to provide timely reporting for impacts and trends for the month. 

  • Assist the Problem management team in gathering information on root cause analysis.

  • Assist App Support Teams in incident research and analysis of supported Mortgage and Fulfillment and Consumer Salesforce

Required Skills:

  • 2 or more years professional experience in a technology environment

  • Proven experience managing multiple work activities to meet deadlines and develop reporting.

  • Triage management: Provide applications support incident triage as needed

  • Experience with SQL and SQL queries

  • Understanding of process flows

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in a production support environment

  • Experience with eSmart

  • Excel Programming, complex formulas and macros

  • Experience with Remedy application suite

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and strong task management skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail

  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills as well as an ability to be diplomatic in dealings with a variety of areas across the company.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills

  • Ability to work effectively both as team member and independently

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of customer / client / sponsor satisfaction while also maintaining necessary policy adherence
