Job Title: Senior Operations User Acceptance Testing Analyst

LOB: Global Payment Operations

Corporate Title: Up to Assistant Vice President

Location: Bromley

The Payment Services Testing Team are looking for a conscientious and hardworking individual to join the team. The individual will be responsible for performing testing on new software prior to production install. The role involves working closely with project teams and business partners to understand business requirements, defining test strategies and documenting detailed scripts, execution of scripts and sign off. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to learn how banking platforms work as well as broadening their knowledge of new GTS products and services. Business diversity, new technologies and an evolving payment landscape mean this role is continuous learning and development opportunity.   


 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Working as part of a team of 15 associates in Bromley and large offshore presence.

  • Business software testing for suite of GTS products and services.

  • Testing coverage includes Regulatory, Business Enablement, Risk, Technology and Operations.

  • Joining project teams to learn about the product, software changes and required testing scope.

  • Developing test strategies, creating test plans and executing test scripts.

  • Documenting results using bank tools and providing end to end traceability.    

  • Performing testing on multiple applications including GBS / GPP / GIN / GLP / GTMS / APC.

  • Working closely with Change Management, Technology, Product and Operations.  

Core Skills:

  • Close attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels

  • Team player, enthusiastic and committed.

  • Solid organisational and time management skills.

  • Quick learner, with the ability to effectively retain knowledge

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Understanding of payments
