Process Overview
The CSWT team leads the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Manages the Bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies.

Job Description
The CTO team is responsible for all Retail, Preferred and Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) business aligned infrastructure and end-to-end production services. This includes direct responsibility for production support, problem and incident management, operational change, as well as service and program delivery. Also supporting vertical functions (Release, Deployment & Environment Management, Application Integration & Engineering, Application Integration & Engineering, Performance & Capacity Management, and Operational Excellence) to deepen concentration stability and innovation.

Individual will perform as a contributing member part of Environment support and Deployment team, will work on Code Deployments and release, monitor environment, and coordinate with multiple team to make sure environment is up to date and ready for testing.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively, clearly articulating technical issues, problem incident resolution, readiness status and reporting
  • Proactively Monitor and maintain LLE environments
  • Work with different stake holders on triage call, handling defects, Issue Analysis & making sure environment is stable and healthy
  • Analyze the issue and communicate technical details with teams.
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and responsible team player
  • Provide Application and Environment Support and Triage
  • Manage and Prioritize Defects via ALM Quality Center
  • Attend planning meetings, define detailed tasks, participate in triage and incident management
  • Execute manual and automate deployment functions and responsibilities
  • Comfortable to handle deployments with the help of Ansible, XLR, IBM uRelease, IBM uDeploy
  • Perform retrofits,  test and production code deployments enabling daily, weekly, monthly code migration based on prod Break Fix environments
  • Validate deployments and communicate code readiness across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with application partners, lower level environment management, middleware infrastructure partners, DevOps automation, etc. to remediate issues
  • Setup and manage monitors to ensure healthy environments and applications (Windows/Linux WebSphere Platforms)

Requirements

Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Certifications, If Any: NA

Experience Range: 1 -2 years

Foundational skills:

  • Application Code Deployments, Environment management support and release functions
  • Experience in Windows and Linux environment, working knowledge on Linux Commands
  • Knowledge application code deployments and Environment support
  • Knowledge of DevOps tool sets such as IBM UrbanCode, Ansible, XLR,  Repliweb, Jenkins
  • Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of Application functional issues
  • Knowledge of Middleware like IIS, Websphere and Bladelogic components
  • Knowledge of issue management request systems like - Quality Center, JIRA, Remedy
  • Knowledge of Monitoring tools like Sitescope, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.
  • Organizational Skills and Troubleshooting Skills

Desired skills:

  • Understand process improvement to create ideas and drive deployment efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience in SDLC process, GUI application/server transfer and automation tools, data analytics
  • PowerShell, Unix Schell Scripting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of version control repository tools such as Subversion

Work Timings: 24x7 support on rotation basis covering Morning, Afternoon and Night shift (06:30 a.m. – 03:30 p.m,  1:30 a.m. – 10:30 pm, 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST).
