AML Platform User Acceptance Tester/Consultant - Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a User Acceptance Tester to join the AML Platform Management and Operational Excellence organization in GBAM Operations and Regional Tech & Ops.

The AML Platform Management team is seeking a seasoned testing individual to performs User Acceptance Testing to support the ongoing management and technical enhancements made to the AWARE workflow tool in support of the E2E Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) requirements for the entire GBAM business for all sub lines and jurisdictions.

The Team:

The GBAM Ops AML Platform Management and Operational Excellence Team is responsible for driving simplification, improvement and streamlining of processes for Global Banking and Markets Operations through process redesign, and the identification of opportunities and areas of improvement, while helping to drive the adoption of a continuous improvement culture across the organization. The AML function serves as a control function supporting GBAM FLUs to ensure all laws, rules and regulations are incorporated into the AML KYC platforms partnering with various stakeholders to implement changes as per business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

The user acceptance tester will participate in all project routines with their assigned scrum team and execute all UAT activities including:

  • Requirements Clarifications

  • Use Case reviews

  • Test Script writing

  • Test Script execution, including documentation

  • Defect management

  • E2E Integration validation of upstream/downstream applications

  • Business Validations during deployments

UAT testers in this role will also support operational user testing whereby front line business user will be invited to test the tool and the functionality in advance of the release.

It is imperative that comprehensive testing is executed and the documentation captured is also comprehensive to support the new enterprise change management policy with regards to testing.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years testing experience in a similar role or as a quality tester for large software installs

  • Agile experience

  • Ability to support teammates as needed when workloads must be balanced

  • Ability to support tight timelines around release and end of iteration requirements

Desired:

  • GBAM Line of Business knowledge a plus

  • Experience with AWARE or other bank used Pegasystems products a plus
