Digital Manager

Job Description:

Mission:  The Preferred Engagement & Adoption team is responsible for elevating the presence and acumen of new digital capabilities and enhancements.  By synthesizing work efforts, we are able to share a more cohesive story about the work happening across the Preferred Digital space.  We work to create go-to-market programs that help us drive performance and value.

Role: In this position, you will be a subject matter expert for Preferred Digital, lead diverse business operations, and drive adoption and understanding of Consumer Investments offerings for Preferred clients. This role will consult with multiple stakeholders to define and lead projects that impact front line employees across Consumer.

This role assists with execution of key strategic initiatives and supports the intake process that allows us to determine impact and scope. The candidate should have working knowledge of digital capabilites and can drive tactical execution of the cohesive value proposition for our Preferred clients.

Required Skills:

  • BS or BA degree
  • Familiarity of digital banking and consumer organization
  • 3 plus years of experience developing and managing initiatives
  • Consumer Investments - Investing product knowledge
  • Project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently while escalating appropriately
  • Ability to prioritize work, navigate complexities, manage multiple projects and deliver solutions on tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
