Operations Consultant - Specialty Product Servicing

Jacksonville, Florida;

Job Description:

The Operations Consultant for Specialty Product Servicing will support the monetary management with initiatives, issue management and deliverables for Paycheck Protection (PPP).

•  Oversees Action Plans on monetary issues to ensure timely delivery of milestone evidence for PPP.

•  Acts as FLU lead on initiatives to transform the business, including development of business cases and partnering with Technology and Project Team for PPP.

•  Creates executive updates and summaries on the business, including Business Review Monthly material for PPP.

•  Implements routines with monetary managers to review and analyze critical metrics and make recommendations/action plans for improvement for PPP.

•  Manage and resolve daily PPP escalations

•  Manage RPC transactions flowing from the PPP DDA through RPC to IALS

•  Engage tech support when needed for issue resolution

•  Work with Originations and Forgiveness Teams on targeted loans requiring IALS updates

•  Support adhoc projects and initiates around PPP remediation with PMO and Strategic Initiative Partners

•  Support PPP new letter generation as new situations arise that require communication to the customer

•  Mange PPP workload as it related to BAU exception processing (unposted payments, misapplied payments, etc)

Required Skills:

•  Requires experience and knowledge of PPP, MVSO, and/or SPS specific functions, tools, and systems

•  Teaching and coaching skills

•  Communication: Demonstrates the ability to synthesize multiple messages delivering key summaries appropriate for both executive and front line communications

•  Analytical skills: Able to analyze data and trends at a deeper level, report and escalate when needed, recognize trends in performance and identify systemic skill gaps to curate solutions and readiness needs

•  Prioritization: Identifies key drivers and opportunities; identifies levers that influence trends; then prioritizes focus for greatest and most critical impact

•  Ownership: Demonstrates personal accountability to drive new initiatives that accelerate adoption, drive skills development and take performance to the next level

•  Meticulous attention to detail with a professional level of skepticism to ensure material is accurate and responsive

•  Proven competency in interacting efficiently and effectively with organizational leaders, business partners, and key executives to drive decisions

•  Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet aggressive deadlines on multifaceted projects, under pressure

•  Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also as an engaged member of the team

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Skype, WebEx and SharePoint    

Desired Skills:

•  Experience and knowledge of PPP, MVSO, and/or SPS specific functions, tools, and systems

•  Bachelors Degree

•  Project management skills

•  Organized, detail and process oriented with strong execution skills and ability to drive towards continuous improvement

•  Audit project management skills such as planning, execution, preparation of reports, commentaries, presentation of findings and recommendations

•  Strong knowledge of Risk Framework including Laws, Rules, Regulations, Policies, Standards, Process/Control/Metric assessment experience

Enterprise Description

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Should function as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Should have in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 3-5 years of experience.
