environment.  Treasury Data Services team within Finance Technology consists of extremely talented engineers, who develop industry leading data services solutions in support of multiple Data Warehouses providing quality, controlled data consisting of end of day and intraday fixed income and derivative trading positions and other financial data for our front office, middle office, market risk and finance business partners.

Role Overview

Enterprise Finance Technology’s Data Horizontal DevOps team is looking for motivated new talent to enhance the tooling, architecture, and capabilities of the Corporate Investments Data Warehouse (CIDW) development lifecycle.

The candidate will contribute to a range of strategic goals to build automated, controlled and intuitive software solutions in support of the Agile methodology.  These solutions will allow self-service and easy-to-manage capabilities for the overall development team in the building, testing and deployment of future production-quality code.  The candidate will also provide technical support and guidance for the process and mechanisms in support of the above.  The candidate will act as both an individual contributor and as part of a global team.

Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:

  • Seeking developer or someone with a DevOps background
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Experience using and/or configuring common SDLC tools that support Agile, such as Jira, Jenkins, Ansible
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology
  • Practical working experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle Exadata
  • Practical working experience with Unix scripting (can be Python, Perl, sh)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for automation and continual process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM related field.

Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:

  • Practical working experience using ETL tools, preferably Informatica
  • Experience or familiarity with orchestration tools, such as Airflow
  • Experience designing and building data warehouses and knowledge of the data flows involved.
  • Familiarity with Data Warehouse / Data Mart / Business Intelligence concepts.
