Lead Operations Representative

Job Description:

Your background

  • 3 - 5 years’ experiences in banking operations with exposure in credit service, lending operations, trade finance operations, regulatory reporting or project assistant preferred.
  • Details-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Well – organized and have strong sense of driving changes
  • Good English reading, writing and speaking
  • University degree preferred

What you can expect

The role will be mainly responsible for regulatory reporting processing and has opportunity to participate in related projects or process enhancement initiatives.

What you will do

  • Prepare regulatory reporting in timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and update regulatory reporting related working procedure to ensure it’s up to date
  • Participate in interpretation of new regulatory requirements by working with Compliance or team leads to identify impact on regulatory reporting
  • Conduct quality assurance or any other control routines in order to timely identify potential issues in regulatory reporting
  • Work with related processing teams to assess impact on regulatory reporting when changes happen
  • Participate in regulatory reporting related projects by raising user requirements, joining user test, etc.
  • Any other related assignment by team leader
