Service Delivery Consultant - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

Economics Service Delivery Consultant role will assist in supporting the financial health and risk monitoring of the various Technology Infrastructure organizations within the bank.

Responsibilities:

Work with key technology and business stakeholders across the bank on financial forecasting (capital and personnel), process mapping, product allocations and developing complex business cases.

Full ownership of business case analysis and challenges, creates strategies to resolve, as well as identify opportunities to foster operational excellence.             

Assist business partners to triage and resolve risk unexpected financial headwinds.

Aligns and monitors key performance indicators and internal controls.

Required Skills:

  • 5 years experience in Business Support, Finance or Economics type of role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks
  • Ability to work in strong team-oriented environment with a sense of urgency and resilience while being a self-starter and able to work independently. 
  • Able to work effectively with technical and non-technical business owners
  • Microsoft Office; must be knowledgeable in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Financial Modeling experience
  • Agile experience

Desired Skills:

  • Financial services, consumer banking experience
  • Strong understanding of the technology products and services
  • Data analytics experience with strong MS Excel
  • BA in Business Management, Economics or Mathematics is a plus
