We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated Business Manager with a passion for problem solving, financial analytics, and project management.

Role Overview
Looking for motivated new talent to be part and support  a Finance Technology exec and be responsible for supporting the integrated functions including Business & People Management, Financial Management, Risk & Controls and Strategy, while also maintaining connectivity with enterprise support partners.

Role activities include end to end operational support for one 4Dot organizations within Finance Technology that includes monthly forecasting and analysis (Base & Initiative), PCM/RAFT reconciliations, expense reconciliations, vendor management, headcount reporting, resource data maintenance, creating and tracking hiring requests, understanding onboarding controls. To be successful in the role knowledge of financial/accounting practices, familiarity with project and initiative concepts and customized enterprise tools used in technology space are needed.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong financial acumen
• Familiarity with project and initiative concepts
• Experience coordinating monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with Finance
• Good communication skills
• Medium/Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures
• Be analytical and have the ability to manage competing priorities
• Previous finance experience
