Responsible for supporting senior bankers in driving business development of corporate customers for Corporate Banking in Hong Kong and Southern China
Support global account owners by working with relationship managers and product specialists globally to assess clients’ needs and drive marketing of suitable product and services by fully leveraging the Bank of America’s global platform, including credit and risk management products, cash management and trade solutions, debt capital raising, leasing, investment and treasury products
Responsible for establishing and deepening relationships with key individuals within the client’s management teams, and work with internal stakeholders to drive business development and execution of the financial services solutions
Support Managing Director(s) in undertaking ad hoc projects and activities as and when required.
University degree holder with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
Solid credit and relationship management background with good working knowledge of transaction banking, treasury & capital markets products.
Strong business development and selling skills.
Good organisation and problem solving skills
Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges and able to work under pressure.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a pre-requisite
