Act as a Product Manager for the CashPro Assistant suite of products will require necessary understanding of suite of digital tools and processes such as signer management, electronic signature and identity management, digital document exchange, bank account management request initiation, and AML/KYC process automation.
Core function and role requirements
High level understanding of emerging technologies including opportunities to leverage digital tools such as robotics, smart forms, chat bots, and machine learning as tools for integration with CashPro Assistant
Primary product management for Signer/Authority Management
Co-manage the CashPro Assistant product suite, including document exchange, electronic signature, account management and client onboarding.
Understand the role of CashPro Assistant in relation to the overall CashPro Platform
Interact with clients to gain insights related to business needs and to provide product training. Gather and maintain Voice of the Client feedback using client webinars, advisory board presentations, and one-off client meetings to create and verify strategic direction
Utilize data analytics to measure baseline client servicing behavior and ongoing adoption within the suite of CashPro Assistant skills.
Define a product roadmap for product set incorporating current and future capabilities in partnership with Service and Fulfillment teams to automate data collection and setup in core processing systems.
Lead management routines around the product life cycle, inclusive of regular business reviews, financials, platform technology, and total cost of ownership (TCOA).
Build business cases for enhancements and new products
Execute projects in partnership with product owner using Agile process

Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree
