Delivery Lead - Technology

Job Description:

As a Bank of America Deals Delivery Lead for the card linked offers space in the Consumer Bank, we are looking for a highly-motivated self-starter, proficient in multi-tasking, who can:

- Translate requirements created by LOB partners and functional analysts to meet application governance and maintenance to Bank of America standards and guidelines

- Lead in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to solutions mentioned above.

- Guide vendors through onboarding and continued commercialization to assure systems are upholding to Bank of America standards and guidelines

- Ensure selected applications are technically and operationally practical

- Participate in full app life cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and deployment

- Work with product teams on new product ideas and strategy

- Adhere to all enterprise standards as they relate to the proposed solution

- Drive a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools


Required Skills

- Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent projects in a highly visible environment

- B.S. or B.A with deep practical and professional experience across technology disciplines; focused on infrastructure and application deployment

- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-phased technology programs; inclusive of application development and governance

- 6+ years of experience leading technology implementations within TechOps, Compliance, Risk and/or LOB organizations

- Confidence in working closely with LOB, Risk, Compliance and Legal partners and managing expectations on application onboarding and governance

- Demonstrated experience onboarding and implementing new and changing technology infrastructure

- Firm understanding of challenges deploying and managing Legacy and Cloud Computing systems

- Experience with managing vendor relationships and thorough understanding of 3rd party impacts

- Passion for improving process

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

- Responsible for weekly executive level reporting project timelines, risks, and issues


Desired Skills

- Working knowledge of Bank of America’s Application Governance processes

- Working knowledge of Bank of America’s GCGF processes and procedures

- Knowledge of core banking functions, processes and operations
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong sense of data analytics and integrity

- Experience working within risk frameworks while obtaining maximum efficiencies from cutting edge systems
