Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and distributing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Relieves management from administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for the department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. Frequently involved in high-level executive contact and has regular exposure to sensitive information--must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs. Self-starter who can handle high-pressure situations with ease, and can effectively balance multiple priorities at once.
Required Skills:
Minimum of three+ years professional or relevant internship experience required
Strong client service & technical skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are required
Experience supporting multiple executives at once is desired
Desired Skills:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior knowledge of financial products, policies & procedures/Human Resources/Recruiting is highly preferred
Three+ year(s) of experience supporting a senior level manager within the financial services field (or relevant internship experience)
Knowledge of wealth management tools preferred (Salesforce, Wealth Management Workstation, Tableau)
Knowledge of recruiting/supporting a Human Resources Manager/Executive
Experience booking travel, event planning/coordination, managing multiple calendars, onboarding/HR, purchasing requisitions
Other helpful software to understand: Discovery Data, WebEx, SAP/Concur, SharePoint, Workday
