Analyst II - Tech Delivery

Position Summary

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for owning Consumer Business products. You will lead technical and software development teams that partner with stakeholders throughout the organization. You will also be working to map and understand the operational processes, use cases, and areas in need of improvement as you work toward software product delivery. Whether you are working on large-scale projects or incremental changes to products in the portfolio, you will use your skills to meet the challenge presented with a geographically distributed team and multiple projects, all while growing in a dynamic operations culture. Required Skills: • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with the Agile software development framework, preferably in the Product Owner  / Delivery Lead role •  Experience leading a team of technology professionals • Deep technical background with Consumer products, both commercial and custom/open source. This includes being responsible for the underlying technology and related services • Self-motivated desire to learn and curiosity in application of new ideas to solve security and risk problems • Bias towards action and a demonstrable ability to deliver results and outcomes in a large enterprise environment • Comfort operating in a globally distributed, dynamic culture • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders both verbally and in writing • Certification in Agile Scrum, specifically Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience

Required Skills

Minimum of 3-5 years experience with the Agile software development framework, preferably in the Product Owner role
• Experience leading a team of technology professionals
• Deep technical background and excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of Consumer Business and Application suite

This includes being responsible for the underlying technology and related services
• Self-motivated desire to learn and curiosity in application of new ideas to solve security and risk problems
• Bias towards action and a demonstrable ability to deliver results and outcomes in a large enterprise environment
• Comfort operating in a globally distributed, dynamic culture

Desired Skills

Excellent knowledge in JIRA
Experience grooming epics and stories with good solid technical details
Comfortable getting into deep tech level detail and provide value for the scrum team
