Role description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with prior Investment Banking experience to join our team in our Stockholm office on a Fixed-Term Contract basis. You will join the Global Corporate Investment Banking (GCIB) Administrative team with a focus in supporting our IBK group.

You will have prior experience as an Executive, Team or Personal Administrative Assistant within the Investment Banking Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Complex diary management
  • Processing I-track Travel Form
  • Organising Travel & Visa
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Processing compliance approvals
  • Submitting Call reports and I-track
  • Arranging conference call   -  internal /external
  • Coordinating team events

Core Skills:

  • Prior experience working in Investment Banking Division in similar role (Administrative/Executive/Team/Personal Assistant) is critical
  • Sector & industry experience relevant to the team will be considered advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate and confidently communicate with Clients and Senior Bankers
  • Sound knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of travel systems such as Concur would be helpful
  • Flexibility and a proactive mind-set
  • Multi-tasking
  • Organisational skills
  • Takes ownership of their work
  • Ability to be self-sufficient
