
Job Description:
The Digital Servicing Email Channel Consultant is responsible for producing Servicing and service email campaigns within Bank of America's Email Channel. We seek an individual who can manage the execution of campaigns and project work as well as think strategically in a highly regulated, visible channel. This candidate should be able to work independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments concurrently. This candidate will also be responsible for creative development, testing and executing email campaigns.
Responsibilities & Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Will not have direct reports but will lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
Flawless execution of email campaigns supporting numerous enterprise-wide products
3+ years experience hands-on with email marketing industry/ best practices
Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions
Deep understanding of Salesforce Servicing Cloud; including Amp Scripting language & HTML
Proficient ability to implement campaign set-up and execution in Naehas and/or SFMC
o Modify and update HTML assets
o Lead channel proofing process within and outside of the platforms
o Identify and fix HTML rendering issues across multiple product types
Direct relevant experience with Return Path/Validity, SFMC, SF/Exact Target
Create URL development and execution
Manage/update CSS code that drives layout and rendering
Ability to build BRDs with multi-email type execution
Manage/update media queries that derive mobile responsive design
Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies
Influence business partners in order to position campaigns so they align with the Email Channel team’s strategy and best practices
Partner with Digital Servicing, List Management, Production Support, Email Production, Lines of Business as well as Leadership Team
Work closely with the creative agency and email vendor to align campaigns and projects and to ensure best practices are followed
Work on cross-channel opportunities for campaigns and other projects
Lead special projects that will enhance channel capabilities and sales opportunities (e.g. testing, mobile optimization, speed to market, capacity, reporting, procedural, documentation, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree
1+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud hands-on experience
Project and relationship management experience
This candidate should be able to work well independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application
Must have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to communicate challenges and successes clearly and foster positive working relationships
Proficient in MS Office Products – especially Excel and PowerPoint
