Mortgage Sales

Our Mortgage Sales team is dedicated to making responsible homeownership possible for customers. The team works closely with customers to identify the best product for their needs; they interact with business referral partners to facilitate home purchases; and they maintain strong relationships with local markets. Our Mortgage Sales teammates are truly ambassadors of the Bank of America brand, aligned with our nationwide network of 5,800 retail banking centers, bankofamerica.com, one of the world's most popular financial websites, and more than 500 retail home loans locations.

Mortgage Underwriting and Fulfillment

Our Mortgage Underwriting and Fulfillment team contributes to our customers' overall mortgage sales experience by providing an array of valuable services, including the processing, review, approval and closing of home loans applications. The team partners closely with Bank of America mortgage loan officers, appraisers, and our other Field Services employees to deliver comprehensive customer solutions, all the while keeping borrowers informed throughout the mortgage origination process. Our Mortgage Underwriting and Fulfillment team operates from a nationwide network.

Mortgage Servicing

Our Mortgage Servicing team supports customers and the bank's mortgage units by performing multiple tasks associated with the daily management of closed mortgage loans. The team serves as the primary point of contact for current mortgage and home equity customers, and is responsible for providing payment services, updating accounts, deepening customer relationships and answering questions. The successful administration of these duties enhances our customer service levels and strengthens our brand in the marketplace.
