Bank of America's diversity and inclusion efforts are led by CEO Brian Moynihan, who chairs the Global Diversity & Inclusion Council, which consists of senior executives from across Bank of America. This governing body partners closely with the Global Diversity & Inclusion Organization to develop diversity and inclusion strategy for our businesses and regions, recruit and retain diverse talent, and manage our diversity sponsorships and strategic alliances.
