Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Globally, identify LRRs and breakout mandates for Cash, Check, and Card
  • Expand quarterly reporting routines for gaps to LRRs and annual attestations for Cash, Check and Card
  • Expand GPEP to include Cash, Check, and Card Standards
  • Expand Quarterly Reporting, Semi-Annual Meetings, and Annual Stakeholder attestations for Cash, Check, and Card Stakeholders
  • Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF
  • Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans
  • Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management
  • Act as an ambassador of the risk culture

  • Establish minimum metrics and reporting via PRC structure for all FMUs supporting payment types
  • Establish centralized metric capture, go to green collection, and reporting
  • Establish governance routines for monitoring performance and escalation to stakeholders
  • Create underlying standards with SMEs from  Consumer and GTS

Required Skills:

  • Must have Cash, Check and Card experience
  • Fundamental understanding of Operational Risk and QA standards
  • Experience managing issues
  • Understanding the businesses laws, rules and regulations
