Here in our London office we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join  our Global Corporate and Investment Banking team.

As an Administrative Assistant III your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organising Travel and Visa
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Processing compliance approvals 
  • Arranging conference calls, both internal and external
  • Working within a team of 6 assistants and covering for absence

As an Administrative Assistant III your skills, qualifications and competencies will ideally include:
