Job Description:

Key member of the Consumer Product Offers Strategy team responsible for implementing a client-focused performance measurement process for targeted offers. Scope includes all Consumer and Small Business product offers delivered to our full range of clients in both in-bound and out-bound channels. Specifically, this individual will:

  • Define and implement consistent client-based metrics across products and channels for:

§   Offer penetration - availability and presentation

§   Effectiveness - sales/deepening

§   Financial Impact - incremental NIBT/SVA

  • Break out performance of targeted offers by key client segments – e.g., Preferred Rewards Enrolled, Affluent, Preferred
  • Track performance trends and work with the Product team to set monthly/quarterly/annual targets
  • Measure seasonal marketing campaign performance – e.g., Retirement, Home Buying, Back-to-School
  • Integrate NIBT valuation into the offer prioritization process
  • Produce regular client metric reporting and integrate results with marketing performance scorecard
  • Prepare executive reviews and highlight key wins and opportunities for targeted offer performance

Job Requirements (at minimum must have 1):

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with cross-functional partners, e.g. Channel, Finance, Analytics, Product and Marketing, to drive decisions
  • Strong background in analytics and data management with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as Pivot Tables, ESSBASE and V-Lookups
  • Experience creating presentations using MS PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Products or related Marketing/Analytics functions
  • Desired Skills:

§   Experience with Offers Management platform, LTA (Likelihood to Apply Models) and APM (Automated Propensity Models)

§   Background in Finance and understanding of NIBT, SVA, and financial valuation metrics
