Process Overview*

CBO&SO  supports the operations for diverse businesses like Consumer Operations, FAKC, KSC, Shared Service operations like AML, Lockbox, ULZ,  Global Client Services and Global payments.

Job Description*

The individual will be part of the GDCE Operational Control and analytics team and work closely with team to support Global delivery leader for managing the Logistic and Administrator work.


Responsible for data consolidation and reporting at Business level

Email Skill to respond to the queries of different stakeholders on different tool and framework

Track and consolidate all Weekly/Monthly/ Adhoc Data

Responsible to manage the logistics of booking the Travel, Tele presence and VC for the leadership team

Track and follow up the regular business meeting on leader’s calendar.


Education* - Minimum Graduate

Certifications If Any

Experience Range* - overall experience of 2+ years

Mandatory skills* -

Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and display strong prioritizing, planning and organizing skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Desired skills* -

Should be self driven, have the ability to handle pressure and deliver under stringent timelines. Should have high energy levels and confidence.

Team Player – Should be able to work in a team and deliver excellent results

Work Timings* - 11:30 to 20:30 (Weekend Off)
