Global Delivery Organization (GDO) is a centralized processing center within the IHRSS Organization for executing E2E process driven voluminous, complex repetitive tasks with high level of accuracy and stringent controls ensuring a consistent experience for end customers located across EMEA, APAC & Americas.

Job Description

Global Delivery Organization (GDO) is a centralized processing center within the IHRSS Organization for executing E2E process driven voluminous, complex repetitive tasks with high level of accuracy and stringent controls ensuring a consistent experience for end customers located across EMEA, APAC & Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Individual will be part of the GDO team supporting
  • Responsible for End to End data updates received via Various tickets and notifications
  • Ensure appropriate notifications are sent to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure daily completion of QC Check activity (Maker-Checker) of the tickets/notifications closed by the team
  • Ensuring APAC HRG List is updated on sharepoint (Monthly Activity) (take assistance from APAC HRSC)
  • Owns and manages Ex-Employee References global wise
  • Ensuring Update and QC of New Hire Benefits for Singapore, Korea and Taiwan before the respective Start Date
  • Provide support to internal team (Onboarding / SSL / PPVR / Terminations) if needed
  • Responsible for managing any escalations and or urgent emails
  • Ensuring Payroll critical request are addressed on priority during payroll cut-offs and or if escalated

Requirements

Education: Bachelors/Masters in any stream

Certifications If Any: Not Mandatory

Experience Range: 2 to 5 Years

Mandatory skills:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in managing data on HRMS
  • Strong MS Excel, Word & PPT skills
  • Should possess strong Logical/Analytical skills - ability to think out of the box and propose process improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have a good experience in creating project related artifacts, capability deck etc
  • Should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision

Desired skills:

  • Self-motivated, ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and react with speed.
  • Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.

Work Timings: Willing to work in shifts – Window: 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
