Process Overview

Global Delivery Organization (GDO) is a centralized processing center within the IHRSS Organization for executing E2E process driven voluminous, complex repetitive tasks with high level of accuracy and stringent controls ensuring a consistent experience for end customers located across EMEA, APAC & Americas.

Job Description

Individual will be part of the GDO Reporting team  performing HR Analytics and supporting transition of reporting work from the regional teams based in APAC and EMEA, BAU Service Delivery, escalation management, centralization of ad hoc reports and implementation of Workday reporting. In addition, will be expected to drive Workday related projects and initiatives independently and provide consultation to other leads within the GDO Team/HRSS Organization


Responsible for End to End data updates received via Ask HR Ticket and Workday Notifications (Validation, Transaction in Workday, Self QC, Live QC for critical updates)
Ensuring Update and QC of New Hire Benefits for Singapore, Korea and Taiwan before the respective Start Date
Provide support to internal team (Onboarding / SSL / PPVR / Terminations) if needed
Responsible for managing any escalations and or urgent emails
Ensuring Payroll critical request are addressed on priority during payroll cut-offs and or if escalated
Monthly review of the work done for the region with the GDO leadership team
Responsible for conducting training and Knowledge sharing session to bring team upto speed. Assist in the development of team members through coaching, mentoring and indirect/direct supervision
Assist and support key projects/initiatives when required
Maintain Issues Tracker and manage it to closure


Hands on experience of MS office

Experience in Data Reporting

Education - BE/BTECH/MTECH/ME/BCA/MCA/MSC (IT)/B.Com/M.Com equivalent

Experience -7-12 Years of Experience

Shift timing -  7 am to 11 pm

Location – Mumbai - Logitech
