Process Overview

Global Delivery Organization (GDO) is a centralized processing center within the IHRSS Organization for executing E2E process driven voluminous, complex repetitive tasks with high level of accuracy and stringent controls ensuring a consistent experience for end customers located across EMEA, APAC & Americas.

Job Description

Individual will be part of the GDO Reporting team  performing HR Analytics and supporting transition of reporting work from the regional teams based in APAC and EMEA, BAU Service Delivery, escalation management, centralization of ad hoc reports and implementation of Workday reporting. In addition, will be expected to drive Workday related projects and initiatives independently and provide consultation to other leads within the GDO Team/HRSS Organization

Required Skills

  • Experience with analyzing large amounts of data and consulting clients
  • Experience with formulating hypotheses, interpreting and communicating results
  • Experience with executing advanced and predictive modelling & analytics
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.
  • Has a positive attitude and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a

fast-paced, deadline- driven environment

  • Should have a good experience in creating project related artifacts, capability deck etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to review the existing processes on a regular basis to understand the scope of improvement areas and identify new opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desired Skills

  • Strong and relevant experience in statistical analysis concepts
  • Exposure to extensive use of data, statistical and quantitative analysis, rules-based methods, and explanatory and predictive modeling in order to bring insights
  • Exposure to HR function
  • Exposure to Data Visualization frameworks
  • Excellent innovative ideas which can help team to deliver more efficient way

Education - BE/BTECH/MTECH/ME/BCA/MCA/MSC (IT)/B.Com/M.Com equivalent

Experience -7-12 Years of Experience

Shift timing -  7 am to 11 pm

Location – Mumbai - Logitech
