Returning Talent – Programme Overview
Our Returning Talent Programme is aimed at individuals with a financial services background, who have taken a career break for at least 12 months and are looking to return to work.
You may have been a stay-at-home parent or care giver, spent time supporting a partner in the Armed Forces, or simply had a career break. If you’re ready to restart your career, we’d like to hear from you.
As a participant, you will spend a few days in our London, Chester or Dublin office taking part in a series of speaker sessions and workshops designed to support your transition back to work, with practical guidance on managing your career search, brushing up your interview skills and learning how to balance your work and home life.
You will also have the opportunity to explore the changing workplace, build your professional network, access executive coaching and gain insight into Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a potential employer.
We’ve supported over 300 ‘Returners’ since the programme launched in 2012, with many going on to secure roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and other firms.
