Returning Talent – Programme Overview
Our Returning Talent Programme is for individuals with a financial services background, who’ve taken a career break for 12 months or more and are looking to return to work.
You may have been a stay-at-home parent or carer, spent time supporting a partner in the Armed Forces or simply had a career break – if you’re ready to restart your career, we’d like to hear from you.
You’ll spend a few days in our London, Chester or Dublin office taking part in a series of speaker sessions and workshops designed to support your transition back to work, with practical guidance on managing a career search, interview skills and how to balance your work and home life.
You’ll also get to explore the changing workplace, build your professional connections with bank employees, access executive coaching and gain insight into Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a potential employer.
We’ve supported almost 300 ‘returners’ since the programme launched in 2012, with many going on to secure roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and other firms.
