Overview
The Global Risk Management Associate Program (GRMAP) is a three-year Associate Development program which rotates associates through challenging and valuable one-year assignments within Global Risk. This rotational process helps associates develop a solid understanding of the core roles and responsibilities of Global Risk, while developing a broad range of skills that are applicable throughout much of the corporation. GRMAP associates participate in a variety of activities within Global Risk and bank-wide, designed to foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Bank of America’s vision and culture. Rotations include positions within various Global Risk lines of business including Enterprise Credit Risk, Consumer Credit Risk, Commercial Credit Risk, Markets Risk , Corporate Security, Audit and Compliance and Operational Risk.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics and/or Liberal Arts
Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and resourcefulness in school, community, or work experience
Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and teamwork orientation
Dedicated to building a career in financial services
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must have eligibility to work in the US
Training
The GRMAP training curriculum is a multi-phased program that complements the hands-on experience the associates develop in their day-to-day assignment. The training curriculum is geared for young professionals and includes both classroom and web-based components.
